retos profesionales.

Just over a year ago traveled to Lebanon to visit a friend, and there had the opportunity to meet a Beirut businessman who was interested in his work and offered him the possibility of mounting an exhibition. In February this year, Jordi exhibited his work 'Popeye WTF', and sold all his paintings in one night. "This trip to Lebanon has meant for me a turning point in my career," said Machi.
"I was looking for something to hit, but I was not afraid to expose in Beirut, did not give me anything for the impression of a closed culture," said the painter. "I went to Lebanon with expectations of making the exposure and go back to Spain, did not expect to sell everything and important people interested in my work," he added.
Since its exhibition in Beirut, this painter Algemesí has received a number of orders in which it is immersed. Besides being waiting to exhibit on Nigeria and Dubai, Machi highlights the 'Monopoly' project. "One of the customers of the exhibition asked me some paintings based on the game you loved as a child, I spent a number of ideas for three frames, then the two will decide how they would be the tables", which already get your own in the Lebanese capital.
The culture does not cross its best, and the lack of opportunities requires artists like Jordi Machi find out new professional challenges. "Both Valencia and nationally there are very talented people, but sometimes that is not all, there are very few opportunities, and if you do not seek them out there playing here," he said.
